I was excited to try the gluten free oatmeal sandwich but I thought they were going to be soft with white filling. I didn’t realize they were regular hard cookies with filling. When I opened the package all 3 cookies were broken and were crumbs. I took a bite out of a piece that was broken but could not eat them since they were crumbs. I think the packaging needs to be different. I’m so sorry but I was not impressed 😕. If you bake soft oatmeal sandwiches with cream filling I would absolutely buy and try.
