1 Cup Graham Crackers (About 8 Sheets)

1 Cup Meliās Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed (About 4ā5 Cookies)

5 tbsp Butter, melted
For The Cheesecake Filling

1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
-
16 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature

1/4 Cup Sour Cream (Greek Yogurt Works Too)

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Meliās Chocolate Chip Cookies, chopped

1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
Optional Topping: Extra cookie crumbs or chocolate chips for the top āØ
How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars š©š³
1) Prep The Pan
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang on the sides (this makes lifting and slicing so much easier).
2) Make The Crust

Mix Crushed Graham Crackers + Crushed Meliās Chocolate Chip Cookies in a bowl.

Stir in Melted Butter until it looks like damp sand.
