🐰🌷 Meli’s Easter Bars
Spud ShopifyShare
Easter desserts should be two things: festive and easy enough to make while you’re juggling jellybeans and a to-do list. These Meli’s Easter Bars check both boxes. 💛
They’re soft, sweet, and feel a little like banana bread meets cookie bars made even better because you can use any Meli’s cookie mix you’ve got on hand. (Hello, pantry win.)
Perfect for brunch tables, after-egg-hunt treats, or a little “just one more square” moment while the coffee’s still hot. ☕🍫

Easter Serving Ideas 🐰🍫
- Top each bar with a few extra chocolate eggs for that “I tried” festive look (you did).
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert-table upgrade.
- Wrap squares in parchment and tuck them into Easter baskets for a sweet surprise.
Make It a Meli’s Moment 💙
The best part of this recipe is how flexible it is. Use your favorite Meli’s mix, toss in those chocolate eggs, and you’ve got a homey Easter dessert that feels special without the fuss.
If you tell me which Meli’s mix you want to feature (Original Monster, Chocolate Chip, etc.), I’ll tailor the intro + “flavor notes” to match that exact cookie.
